Capital B recently confirmed the purchase of 37 BTC for $2.3 million, at a price of $60,892 per coin. This move brings the company's total Bitcoin holdings to 2,925 BTC, with a cumulative investment of $269.4 million and an average acquisition cost of $92,096 per coin.
Additionally, Capital B disclosed that it holds 60 BTC for operational needs, which is separate from the reserves supporting Bitcoin financial KPIs, and therefore these operational holdings are not included in the financial metric calculations.

Capital B completed the conversion of its OCA B-01 convertible bonds into common stock. Blockstream Capital Partners converted 17,897,600 bonds into 32,900,000 shares at a conversion price of $0.544 per share. UTXO Management also converted 2,020,372 bonds into 3,713,919 shares under the same terms.
Through debt offset, the company issued a total of 36,613,919 new shares. Both investors exercised their rights related to the BSA 2025-01 warrants granted in 2025.

Blockstream subscribed to 4,700,000 new shares at $0.544 per share, investing $2.56 million. UTXO Management subscribed to 530,559 shares, investing $290,000. Together, their subscriptions raised $2.85 million in new funds.
The company also reported exercising 4,464,712 BSA 2025-01 warrants, which converted into 637,816 shares, amounting to $350,000. The remaining warrants will expire at midnight on April 10, 2026.
Capital B stated that these funds could support the purchase of approximately 36 additional Bitcoins, bringing the expected total holdings to around 2,880 BTC. Following the recent purchases, the total holdings have reached 2,925 BTC.
After these transactions, the company's issued share capital has reached 272,210,021 shares, with a fully diluted share capital of 397,622,899 shares. Based on this, Capital B reports a fully diluted value per share of 730 satoshis.
