What Are Galxe Points Used For?

After completing many Galxe tasks, I've accumulated quite a few points.

I would like to ask:

1. What can these points be exchanged for in the future?
2. Will Galxe issue its own tokens?
3. Do points expire?
4. Is it necessary to grind for points?

It feels like I've done a lot of tasks but I'm not sure what the benefits are...
