The Eliza Foundation will develop AI agent products for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and mid-market businesses under the Agentic Solutions brand, aimed at completing business tasks, streamlining operations, and supporting customer self-deployment.
The product is expected to be commercialized under the name Agentic SME, designed to assist SMEs in deploying AI agents to complete tasks, automate workflows, and simplify operations in areas such as sales, administration, finance, customer support tickets, FAQs, and internal reporting.
The goal of the product is to enable SMEs to achieve automation without the need to build a complete internal AI team. Initial use cases include customer relationship management (CRM) updates, lead qualification, invoice processing, scheduling, document handling, customer support workflows, tickets, FAQs, and operational task automation.
The development framework envisions delivering an initial version v1 within 30 days and a final version within three months, creating a short-term path from development to commercialization.
Agentic is commercializing technology within the Eliza ecosystem, aiming to transform open-source AI agent infrastructure into practical commercial products and services. The product is expected to be built on the open-source elizaOS framework and configured for customer-controlled deployment, with Agentic retaining ownership of the final white-label SME product, excluding the underlying open-source framework.
Agentic will continue to evaluate staking or other deployment opportunities for the ELIZAOS tokens obtained through the development framework within the Eliza ecosystem.
