Swiss blockchain company Hashgraph Group has launched BrandBoost on the Hedera platform, providing enterprises with tokenized loyalty rewards and real-time customer interaction tools.

According to an announcement shared with crypto.news, this new software-as-a-service platform aims to help businesses move beyond traditional loyalty systems, which are often built around static points and membership cards.

The company stated that BrandBoost combines gamification tools, token incentives, digital collectibles, and AI-driven consumer analytics to create a more interactive loyalty experience.

As brands compete for consumer attention across online platforms, retail stores, sports venues, entertainment events, and connected devices, Hashgraph Group noted that businesses increasingly need systems that can respond instantly to customer behavior, rather than relying on delayed reward mechanisms after a purchase is completed.

The company cited data from Deloitte's 2025 Customer Loyalty Study, which indicated that 72% of consumers are more willing to spend on preferred brands due to loyalty programs, while 56% believe such programs can increase their spending amounts.

Deloitte's research also found that only 51% of respondents actively participate in multiple loyalty programs, and Hashgraph Group leveraged this data to highlight the competition brands face in maintaining ongoing customer engagement.

THG Expands Hedera Enterprise Offerings

BrandBoost is built on Hedera's distributed ledger foundation, integrating THG's AssetGuard wallet system and IDTrust self-sovereign identity platform to support what the company describes as secure and verifiable consumer interactions.

Through the integrated token studio, businesses can create brand loyalty tokens that users can earn, redeem, trade, or spend via self-custody wallets.

Stefan Deiss, co-founder and CEO of Hashgraph Group, stated that loyalty programs are evolving towards real-time digital interaction systems, rather than traditional point-based structures.
