Ripple announced on May 26 that its company has been recognized as one of the Bay Area's best workplaces for 2026 by Fortune magazine and Great Place to Work. This honor is the latest in a series of accolades the blockchain payment company has received as it continues to expand its business.
Data Reveals

The recognition stems from Great Place to Work's certification, during which 95% of surveyed employees indicated that Ripple is an excellent work environment. Great Place to Work collects anonymous employee feedback and assesses workplace culture through a trust index survey consisting of 60 statements. Ripple's evaluation showed high scores in areas such as onboarding, work resources, facilities, and fair treatment.
To determine the list, Great Place to Work collected over 70,000 confidential survey responses from eligible companies. The rankings are based on the ability to provide consistently positive experiences and the level of trust established with leadership, colleagues, and the overall organization. Rankings are also differentiated by company size, allowing Ripple to be compared with other Bay Area employers of similar scale.

List Regulars
Ripple has appeared on Fortune magazine's Bay Area workplace list in previous years, making the 2026 recognition part of a broader continuity. The company is currently undergoing significant business expansion, with employees dedicated to projects such as Ripple Payments, digital asset custody solutions, the XRP cryptocurrency ledger, and the newly launched RLUSD stablecoin.
This workplace recognition complements other milestones achieved by the company in 2026. In mid-May, Ripple was ranked 16th in CNBC's list of the world's most disruptive venture capital firms. Additionally, in May, Ripple Prime, the company's institutional liquidity product, won the “Best Prime Broker” award at the European Hedge Fund Services Awards.
