Regarding the use of funds, CleanSpark completed the construction of its second data center in Texas during the month, adding 300 megawatts of ERCOT-certified power capacity, specifically optimized for AI workloads. The company is seamlessly transferring its energy management, high-density cooling, and infrastructure operation experience accumulated in Bitcoin mining to the deployment of AI server clusters.
