A wallet address untouched since Ethereum's initial coin offering (ICO) in 2014 has recently initiated its first transaction, transferring a total of 401.1 ETH, drawing attention from on-chain analysts. The address received this ETH in a single transaction during the genesis block period, with an initial purchase cost of only $124, approximately $0.31/ETH. For the subsequent 10.6 years, the address remained inactive, with no transactions or transfers, making it a 'time capsule' in crypto history.
In the past 24 hours, these long-frozen funds were transferred out in four separate transactions: 100.275 ETH, 240.6 ETH, 40.1 ETH, and 20.05 ETH, all sent to four new addresses within five hours. Data from the on-chain platform Etherscan shows that the funds have completely left the original address, leaving no trace.

A wallet dormant since the 2014 Ethereum ICO transferred 401.1 ETH, worth over $800,000, with a nearly 6500x return. While not confirming a sale, the move suggests early holders may be preparing to exit.
