Solana Price Nears Key $100 Level, Supported by Robust ETF Inflows

Despite a significant price correction, Solana's ETF continues to see inflows with high institutional holdings. A breakout-pullback pattern has formed, with the $100 level as the next key target, indicating market confidence remains strong.

Despite a 57% cumulative drop in Solana (SOL) price since the launch of spot ETFs in July, related ETFs have demonstrated strong resilience in fund inflows, remaining stable at approximately $1.45 billion. This phenomenon indicates that even during significant price corrections, investors continue to allocate SOL assets through ETF instruments rather than withdrawing funds on a large scale. Notably, about half of the ETF holdings come from institutional investors who have filed 13F reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), reflecting that Solana ETFs have gradually formed a stable investment structure dominated by professional capital, and market confidence has not been undermined by short-term fluctuations.

From a technical perspective, Solana broke through the previous weeks-long consolidation pattern of $75 to $90 on the four-hour chart and subsequently retraced to the vicinity of the original resistance level for confirmation. This "breakout-pullback" pattern is a typical strong signal in technical analysis, indicating that the previous breakout was not a false breakout but a structural shift dominated by buying power. If the price can hold this key support area during the pullback, the breakout pattern will be confirmed as valid, and the next target will be the psychological barrier of $100. Conversely, if it falls below the pullback low, it may indicate weakening momentum, and the trend direction needs to be reassessed. Currently, the market's focus is on the stability of this support level, which will be a critical node in determining whether Solana can start the next stage of its rally.
