According to the latest disclosed data, MicroStrategy currently holds 720,737 Bitcoins, with a total market value of approximately $48.54 billion and an average purchase cost of $75,985 per Bitcoin. Although the long-term holding strategy has been remarkably effective, the recent price correction has resulted in an unrealized loss of approximately 11.37% on its holdings, equivalent to $6.22 billion. To date, the company has completed a total of 101 independent Bitcoin purchase transactions.

It is worth noting that MicroStrategy's stock price and Bitcoin's recent performance show a clear divergence compared to major tech stocks. Over the past year, Alphabet (Google's parent company) shares have risen by 80%, Tesla by 78.6%, and Nvidia by 66.2%, while Bitcoin has fallen by 16.6% over the same period, and MicroStrategy's stock has plummeted by 53.5%. Volatility data shows that MicroStrategy's annualized volatility over the past 30 days reached 64.1%, ranking first among all listed companies; Bitcoin followed closely behind with a volatility of 46.8%, both significantly higher than the volatility levels of traditional tech giants such as Apple, Nvidia, and Tesla. This comparison highlights the high-risk, high-volatility nature of Bitcoin and its related assets in the market, and also reflects the tension between institutional investors' long-term conviction in crypto asset allocation and short-term market sentiment.
