In the fourth quarter of 2025, the total cross-chain transfer volume of USDT surpassed $34.48 billion, setting a new historical high and achieving dual growth in user scale and transaction volume for the fourth consecutive quarter. Since its launch on January 15, 2025, USDT has connected to 18 mainstream blockchain networks, establishing a widely covered liquidity network for stablecoins. According to data from Token Terminal, Arbitrum emerged as the chain with the highest USDT transfer volume this quarter, demonstrating its strong performance in decentralized finance (DeFi News) scenarios. With the ongoing integration of multi-chain ecosystems, USDT is gradually evolving from a settlement tool on a single chain to a unified cross-chain digital dollar settlement layer. This transformation not only reduces the efficiency losses caused by liquidity fragmentation but also facilitates smoother capital flows between DeFi News protocols. Currently, USDT is approaching its second operational year, with one of its core goals being to further enhance on-chain transaction scale and solidify its infrastructure status as a leading global stablecoin.
