UK Politician Farage Invests in Stack BTC, Boosting Corporate Bitcoin Reserves

Nigel Farage, leader of the Reform Party, invests in Stack BTC, holding about 6% equity, promoting corporate Bitcoin reserves. The company receives strategic support from Blockchain.com, aiming to become the UK's crypto financial hub.

The UK digital asset company Stack BTC Plc has recently completed a £260,000 funding round, with Nigel Farage, leader of the Reform Party, as a key investor, acquiring approximately 6% of the company's shares. This funding round also attracted participation from blockchain infrastructure giant Blockchain.com, which supports the company as a strategic investor in expanding digital asset infrastructure and corporate reserve solutions.

With the new shares set to be listed on the Aquis Growth Market, Stack BTC's total share capital will exceed 68 million shares. The company focuses on helping businesses establish a compliant framework for Bitcoin as a financial reserve asset, aligning with the emerging trend of publicly listed companies incorporating Bitcoin into their balance sheets to hedge against fiat currency depreciation and macroeconomic volatility risks.

Farage stated, “I am honored to be an investor in Stack and support this team. For a long time, I have been one of the few politicians in the UK openly advocating for Bitcoin, firmly believing that digital assets will play a core role in the future of business and the financial system. London was once the global financial center, and we should become the world hub for the crypto industry.”

Shareholders participating in this round of investment will also receive warrants, with one warrant granted for every two shares purchased, at an exercise price of 5 pence per share, contingent upon the company reaching a market valuation of £100 million. This move positions Stack BTC as one of the few examples in the UK that deeply integrates traditional corporate operations with Bitcoin reserve strategies, further solidifying its first-mover advantage in the enterprise-level crypto asset service sector.
