XRP spot ETFs have attracted $1.4 billion, with institutions continuing to increase their holdings despite price corrections, highlighting the appeal of regulated products to traditional capital and driving XRP's transformation into a mainstream digital asset.
Despite XRP's recent price correction to around $1.38, its spot ETFs continue to demonstrate strong capital attraction, with cumulative inflows exceeding $1.4 billion. This figure reflects institutional investors' unwavering confidence in XRP's long-term value, with no significant signs of withdrawal even during market volatility.
Bitwise's XRP spot ETF leads the U.S. market with $289 million in assets under management, driving the total assets managed by five related ETFs to $1.08 billion. Net inflows remained around $10 million in the past week, indicating continued strong institutional demand for compliant XRP investment vehicles.
Analysts point out that a group of institutional investors, dubbed "super fans," are steadily building positions. Their decision-making logic is not based on short-term price fluctuations but on the regulatory compliance, transparent custody mechanisms, and seamless integration with traditional investment portfolios offered by ETFs. These factors collectively create a low-risk channel for institutions to enter crypto assets.
In February, XRP ETFs recorded net inflows of $58 million, further confirming their role as a bridge connecting traditional finance and digital assets. Similar to Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs, the rapid growth of XRP ETFs marks a move towards a more mature and trustworthy stage of development for the crypto market.
With the participation of traditional financial giants such as Goldman Sachs, XRP is no longer seen merely as a high-risk altcoin but is gradually being incorporated into mainstream asset allocation frameworks. The continued strong performance of its ETFs is reshaping market perceptions of XRP and providing an important reference for the future inclusion of more digital assets in regulated financial products.
