Crypto sees another major consolidation. PredictFun, a prediction market platform, has announced the strategic acquisition of on-chain forecasting platform Probable. While financial details remain undisclosed, the move has drawn wide industry attention. Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) publicly voiced his support on social media, saying, “Congratulations to both sides—seeing two strong projects join forces is inspiring.”
Probable, an on-chain probability prediction platform, previously received backing from PancakeSwap and YZi Labs. Its core functionality enables users to trade based on the likelihood of real-world events, helping build a decentralized prediction market ecosystem.
Since its launch in December 2025, PredictFun has seen rapid growth. Platform data shows over 120,000 users have participated in trading, with cumulative volume surpassing $1.5 billion and more than 3.3 million transactions processed, demonstrating robust user engagement and market acceptance.
Following the acquisition, PredictFun intends to integrate Probable’s tech stack to significantly enhance system efficiency and capital utilization. By merging their strengths in on-chain forecasting, liquidity design, and user interaction, the platform aims to deliver a more stable, efficient decentralized prediction market solution that offers users more accurate pricing and lower slippage.
