The TON organization has canceled its ecosystem event in Dubai due to security risks in the Middle East region, and plans to find a new event format before the end of the year.
The organization announced the decision on social platform X, citing "the conflict in the Middle East and the security situation in the UAE region." The event aimed to bring together builders and developers in the TON ecosystem. 
The organization stated that it is evaluating different event formats with the aim of holding a Gateway event before the end of the year. Meanwhile, Token2049, another major cryptocurrency conference scheduled to take place in Dubai next month, has confirmed that it will proceed as planned, according to information disclosed in Fortune magazine.
