Hashgraph Group recently launched a SaaS gamification platform called BrandBoost, aimed at redefining corporate loyalty through real-time incentives and interactive experiences, helping brands build closer connections with consumers.

Swiss Web3 and artificial intelligence technology company Hashgraph Group (THG) has launched BrandBoost, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) gamification platform. This platform is built on Hedera's distributed ledger technology, enabling brands to interact with consumers through real-time incentives, tokenized rewards, and no-code gamification.

The target customers for BrandBoost are enterprises in the sports, media, entertainment, and telecommunications industries, aiming to modernize loyalty programs.

Traditional loyalty programs often rely on static points and membership cards, which are becoming less effective. Today, consumers expect instant, personalized, and interactive digital experiences from the brands they support.

BrandBoost directly fills this gap, allowing brands to achieve real-time interaction across multiple touchpoints.

According to Deloitte's 2025 Customer Loyalty Research, 72% of consumers say loyalty programs make them more likely to spend with a brand. Additionally, 56% of consumers report that loyalty programs increase their spending, and 80% believe they receive greater value through loyalty programs. These figures indicate that, despite challenges, loyalty programs remain significant to consumers.

However, the research also reveals a critical issue: only 51% of consumers actively participate in at least one loyalty program. This finding puts pressure on brands to provide relevance, personalization, and ongoing value. BrandBoost addresses this challenge by transforming passive brand interactions into real-time, two-way engagement experiences.

The platform also includes an integrated token studio, allowing brands to create their own loyalty tokens, which consumers can earn, trade, and redeem.

UWB Technology and Blockchain Infrastructure Support the Platform

BrandBoost is built on Hedera's distributed ledger and integrates THG's digital wallet AssetGuard and identity platform IDTrust. These components together create a secure and verifiable consumer interaction layer that supports trusted microtransactions within self-custody wallets.

Collaboration with Truesense has enabled BrandBoost to integrate ultra-wideband (UWB) technology, achieving centimeter-level positioning accuracy. This feature establishes a physical trust layer by confirming the exact presence of consumers in events or gamified experiences, while reducing fraud and validating real-time participation.

THG and Truesense recently completed a joint proof of concept for a satellite TV provider in Latin America, connecting DLT and UWB technology via a USB-TV Dongle.

BrandBoost also includes THG's HashCare help desk, providing 24/7 humanized support with an enterprise-level service agreement. The platform is part of THG's broader Hashgraph for Enterprise product suite, supporting audience segmentation, leaderboards, and personalized consumer challenges.
