Hightouch AI Marketing Platform Transforms Creative Production
Previously, marketing campaigns required extensive collaboration between marketing teams, designers, and creative agencies. This process often led to bottlenecks and extended timelines. However, Hightouch's AI-driven service now enables marketing professionals to autonomously generate customized images and videos. The platform specifically addresses an industry pain point: scaling personalized content while maintaining brand consistency.
“Before the advent of generative AI, creating consumer-facing assets required years of design experience,” explained Hightouch co-CEO Kashish Gupta in an exclusive interview. “Our platform democratizes high-quality creative production while ensuring that every asset aligns perfectly with brand guidelines.”
Challenges of Brand Consistency in AI-Generated Content
Initially, many brands attempted to use generic foundational models for advertising content creation. However, these broad AI systems often produced unsatisfactory results, particularly due to their lack of understanding of specific brand identities, including colors, fonts, tones, and approved assets.
“Foundational models do not understand consumer brands,” Gupta pointed out. “Large language models can fabricate non-existent products. Clearly, you cannot promote a non-existent product in an email or advertisement.”
Connecting Existing Creative Ecosystems
To address this issue, Hightouch developed a unique integration approach. The platform connects directly to clients' existing creative tools, including Figma, photo libraries, and content management systems. By extracting data from these certified sources, Hightouch's AI can “learn” each company's specific brand identity. Subsequently, the AI agents utilize these resources to help marketers autonomously build personalized marketing campaigns.
Key Capabilities of the Platform:
- Real-world applications and results
Domino's Pizza provides a compelling case study. The global pizza chain utilizes Hightouch's platform to generate advertisements while maintaining strict quality control. “Domino's will never generate a pizza,” Gupta explained. “They always use existing approved pizza images. The platform places these images into ads, while the background or surrounding elements may be AI-generated.”
This hybrid approach ensures brand authenticity while leveraging AI's creative potential. Additionally, it eliminates the “fake” or generic appearance often associated with AI-generated content.
